1. Senior Performance Management & Succession Officer

  • Qualifications:
    • BA in Management, Business Management, Development Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least two (2) years in an officer position.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Security Guard – I (Female)

  • Qualifications:
    • 8th Grade Complete or 10th/12th Grade Complete
    • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience in Military/Police service or four (4) years of experience as a lady searcher.
    • Age: Between 25-50
  • Place of Work: Shashemene

3. Security Guard – I (Male)

  • Qualifications:
    • 10th/12th Grade Complete
    • Experience: Four (4) years of experience as a lady searcher.
    • Age: Between 25-50
  • Place of Work: Shashemene

4. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

  • Qualifications:
    • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: Three (3) years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.
  • Place of Work: Bale Goba

5. Senior Accountant

  • Qualifications:
    • BA in Accounting/Finance/Business Management/Economics/Business Administration or related fields.
    • Experience: Five (5) years of relevant banking experience, including two (2) years as an accountant.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

6. Messenger & Cleaner – I

  • Qualifications:
    • Grade 10th/12th Complete
    • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience.
    • Age: Between 18 – 35
  • Place of Work: Hawassa

7. Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualifications:
    • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: One (1) year of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position.
  • Place of Work: Battu

8. Branch Manager Grade – I

  • Qualifications:
    • BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
    • Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant experience in the banking industry, including one (1) year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or seven (7) years of relevant banking experience, including at least two (2) years as a Senior Officer in a banking operations position.
  • Place of Work: Andabit, Chiro, Este, Jantekel, Kuy
