Position: CMMS Representative

📍 Place of Work: Ziway

Job Summary:

The CMMS Representative will be responsible for performing regular data analysis on spare parts and factory assets. The role requires close collaboration with the spare parts storekeeper to monitor spare parts movement, eliminate duplicate items, and manage inventory efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Facilities leadership and support teams to generate informative reports that maximize data value.
  • Ensure the CMMS system, software, training, and reports function effectively with the latest versions.
  • Participate in CMMS training and updates to stay informed about software changes.
  • Work with Maintenance Managers (MM) and obtain CTM/CIM confirmation for new settings to generate RFQs based on stock levels and movement history.
  • Develop and manage standards/procedures for entering facility-wide information, setting system defaults, and managing purchasing and warehouse settings.
  • Control acceptable stock levels (minimum, maximum, reorder levels) based on recent stock movement history.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

💼 Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

🛠 Other Skills:

  • Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostics competency.
  • Basic knowledge of computerized database management systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer and technology usage.
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
