The company is a franchise of Pepsi Cola International and operates under MIDROC Ethiopia, a conglomerate owned by Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi. Moha produces and distributes popular soft drink brands such as Pepsi, Mirinda, and 7-Up.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Job Grade: 6
- Place of Work: Gonder Factory

- Registration Location:
- The new building located in the Sheger Bread and Flour Factory compound near Kaliti Prison, Human Resources Development and Management Office (2nd floor).
- Alternatively, applicants can register at the HR offices of the Pepsi Cola Factory in Gonder.
