Position: Branch Manager – I

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of the branch. The role involves ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations, coordinating business development efforts, and leading customer service initiatives. The manager will also prepare annual budgets and progress reports and engage in community and business networking to promote the Bank’s services.


Job Requirements:

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.


Technical Competencies:

🔹 Understanding of general financial products and services.
🔹 Knowledge of modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks.
🔹 Strong compliance with banking policies, procedures, and guidelines.
🔹 Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
🔹 Experience with Core Banking Systems and in-house banking software.
🔹 Project management skills.
