1. Manager, Logistics Division (Re-Advertised)
Job Purpose:
The Manager, Logistics Division is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures while managing transport, fleet, and maintenance operations.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics policies and procedures.
- Supervise and guide logistics staff.
- Ensure efficient fleet management and maintenance.
- Coordinate procurement and contracts with transport service providers.
- Monitor insurance, vehicle registration, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee document management for contracts with building owners.
- Ensure periodic reporting and compliance with standards.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at the Section Head level or Manager I/C.

Job Summary:
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for developing and implementing the Bank’s technology strategy. The role includes identifying emerging technologies, improving customer experience, and driving innovation.

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics.

- Lead IT transformation projects to maintain the Bank’s competitiveness.
Job Requirements:
Option 1:
- Education: MSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.
Option 2:
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years as Department Director or Deputy Chief Officer.
