Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with MFI industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
Competencies:
- Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and empower others
- Well-organized with the ability to act in a professional and ethical manner
- Good skills in the use of computer applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving skills.
