Position: Customer Service Officer-I

Qualification

  • Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or other related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the bank’s products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
  • Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
  • Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
  • Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
  • Complete necessary documentation for customer transactions.
  • Handle foreign currency exchange transactions as per customer requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
