Position: Office Assistance (Top Urgent)
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for:
- Receiving and welcoming guests in the Bank’s waiting areas.
- Handling visitor inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Managing phone calls and ensuring proper dispatch and receipt of mail to the correct addresses.
Job Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Receptionist.
