Position: Manager – Operation Management I
Position Summary:
The Manager – Operation Management I oversees branch operations, ensures compliance with regulations, and maintains an efficient and customer-centric environment. This includes managing operational activities, implementing improvements, and aligning processes with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields. - Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in banking, with at least 2 years in roles such as Cashier, Internal Controller, Senior Customer Relationship Officer, or other senior positions.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of retail banking products (savings, loans, mortgages, etc.).
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks (credit, operational, reputational risks).
- Awareness of local and international banking laws (e.g., AML, KYC, FATCA).
- Ability to develop sales strategies and coach staff on financial products.
- Proficiency in branch operations (cash management, ATM operations, security).
- Experience with core banking systems and financial management tools.
- Leadership skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Conflict resolution skills for employee and customer issues.
