Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at NMC, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth flow of operations within the medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register clients with a friendly and respectful approach.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Process payments and prepare invoices.
  • Provide relevant information to clients courteously.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English and Amharic (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer service position.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Clear communication skills.
