Job Purpose
The Customer Service Executive – II will enhance customer satisfaction by delivering efficient front-line services, contributing to the Bank’s resource mobilization efforts, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Generic Functions:
- Build strong relationships with customers and promote the Bank’s positive image.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on performance.
- Deliver services aligned with the Bank’s service level agreement.
- Support the Bank’s profitability targets.
- Foster teamwork and transparent work practices.
- Adhere to the Bank’s internal control systems and risk management programs.
Specific Functions:
- Recruit customers and facilitate account opening.
- Administer the Primary Vault in collaboration with the Branch Operation Manager/Branch Manager.
- Handle cash-related operations, including receipts, verifications, and withdrawals.
- Dispatch or receive cash consignments from/to the Treasury.
- Verify daily cash receipts and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Retrieve customer signatures and pictures for verification purposes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in banking operations as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or a similar position.
