Position: HR and Admin Assistant
Location: Jijiga, Ethiopia
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office common areas.
- Provide support to staff in interpreting HR policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain personnel files for new hires, ensuring proper documentation.
- Keep employee files secure and updated (both digital and hard copies).
- Manage monthly staff pension and payroll documentation.
- Conduct and document exit management processes, including exit interviews.
- Participate in recruitment activities: posting job positions, CV reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
- Maintain good relationships with external organizations and provide HR-related feedback to management.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: No experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Language: Proficiency in the local language and excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ethical and professional conduct.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
