Program Overview
SStSI, designed and implemented by The Talent Firm under the commission of Target Business Consultants, aims to:
- Provide valuable work experience.
- Enable participants to work alongside senior professionals at federal ministries.
- Offer coaching and mentoring programs.
- Support young graduates in gaining practical knowledge and contributing to public service.
This 12-month internship offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills and make a meaningful impact in society.
Internship Program for Ministry of Culture and Sports (MoCS)
Required Fields of Study
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management, Education, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Policy, Physical Education, or Sport, Economics
- Social Work, Sport Management, Public Relations, International Development, Digital Communications, or Business Administration
- Business Development, Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Development Studies
- Marketing and Promotion
- Literature, Language and Journalism, Theatrical Art, General Linguistics, or related fields
- Sociology, Social Anthropology, or Cultural Studies
- Strategic Planning and Development, Finance, Industrial Management, or Business Administration
- Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Program Benefits

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Ethiopian citizens with a passion for public service.
- Be fresh graduates from 2023/2015 E.C. or 2024/2016 E.C. undergraduate programs.
- Have a CGPA of 3.2 or above from an accredited educational institution.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
