1. Branch Manager I

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in accountant positions.
  • Number Required:
  • 5 (Adama Branches)
  • 3 (Hawassa Branches)
  • 1 (Hasasa Branch)
  • Place of Work: Adama, Hawassa, and Hasasa.

2. Executive Secretary (Deputy CEO)

  • Education: BA in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Number Required: 1
  • Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Accountant I

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Number Required: 1
  • Place of Work: Hasasa Branch.

Salary and Benefits:

  • As per the Bank’s Salary Scale.
