1 – Cashier
Qualification and Experience
- BA/Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, and related fields.
- Minimum 2-year experience for BA and 3 years for Advanced Diploma in a similar position.
- Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain deadlines, and uphold autonomy, neutrality, and equality beliefs.
Location: Bale Robe, Hawassa, & Wolaita Sodo Towns.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Cluster Accountant for cash management.
- Prepare and execute payments, ensuring budget alignment.
- Verify documentation compliance for payment vouchers.
- Update and reconcile physical and Excel cash books.
- Ensure timely clearing of staff advances.
- Regularly check and reconcile the safe and cash books.
- Collaborate with the cluster Accountant to align balances.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and code of conduct.
Number of Positions: Three (One in each town)
