USAID Family Focused HIV Prevention, Care, and Treatment Service (FFHPCT)


Job Location

Addis Ababa Head Office, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and managerial oversight for the USAID FFHPCT project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, volunteers, and other partners.
  • Lead the development and implementation of annual work plans and monitoring systems.
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality reports and project documentation.
  • Supervise regional coordinators, HIV service specialists, and other staff.
  • Develop and oversee capacity-building initiatives for project staff.
  • Engage in proposal writing and resource mobilization efforts.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with USAID regulations and administrative procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government and donor agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: BSc/Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 9 years (BSc) or 6 years (Master’s) of professional experience in HIV project management.
  • Experience with USAID-funded projects preferred.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 3 years.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and government agencies.
