Position: Partnership Coordinator (Re-advertisement)

- Salary: USD 1,641 (paid in ETB as per the monthly exchange rate)
Role Purpose
The Partnership Coordinator will play a critical role in cultivating a collaborative culture across the country program, adhering to Concern Worldwide’s Partnership policy, strategy, core principles, and values. Reporting to the Programme Quality Director, the coordinator will work closely with the country team and partner organizations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Project/Programme Management, Compliance, Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Systems Development, Governance, MEAL, or related fields.
- Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management or advisory role.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in program development, management, and participatory planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with capability in people, program, and financial management.
- Ability to develop donor-compliant programs and a strong in-country network.
- Advanced technical and program knowledge at an international level.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in emergency preparedness and disaster risk reduction strategies.
