Job Description:
- Manage a large number of inbound and outbound calls
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university
- Candidates must be fluent in Tigrinya or Oromiffa.
