Position: Customer Engagement & Marketing – Internship


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting drivers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing support.
  • Monitor and manage customer interactions across social media platforms, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to contribute to the growth of Little’s ride-hailing services.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Assist in collecting feedback from users and drivers, providing insights for service quality improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0 years and above (no experience required).
  • Education: Open to candidates from any field of study.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills.

Internship Period: 1 to 3 months

Employment Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position.
