Position: Production Team Leader
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the production plan, ensuring product quality and asset care.
- Coach team members in the correct execution of tasks, both operational and technical.
- Ensure team adherence to operational, quality, and process standards, maintenance schedules, and performance targets.
- Oversee autonomous maintenance tasks and running repairs during shifts.
- Align team goals and regularly review to ensure consistent performance.
- Support problem-solving using techniques like 5Why, quick fixes, etc.
- Track and monitor waste management.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Educational Requirement: First Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
