The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa is inviting eligible and qualified applicants for the following positions:
1. Economic Specialist
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Salary: USD $21,803 per year
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in economic research and analysis, or banking and finance.
- Language: Fluency in English and Amharic (Speaking/Reading/Writing), with the ability to translate. These may be tested.
2. Political/Labor Assistant
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Salary: USD $14,089 per year
Qualifications:
- Education: Two years of university study.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience working on labor issues.
- Language: Fluency in English and Amharic (Speaking/Reading/Writing). These may be tested.
