1. Position: Customer Handling and Experience Officer

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in call center, customer service, research activity, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Ability to communicate in multiple local and foreign languages is an advantage.

2. Position: Branch Manager I

  • Location: Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
