1. Position: Customer Handling and Experience Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in call center, customer service, research activity, quality assurance, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency:
- Ability to communicate in multiple local and foreign languages is an advantage.
2. Position: Branch Manager I
- Location: Addis Ababa
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Minimum of a BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
