1. Position: Talent & Development Specialist
- Location: Addis Ababa
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement development infrastructure, including career paths, capability frameworks, and competency definitions.
- Manage relationships with educational institutions and external partners in the country.
- Align Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks, and tools.
- Implement and review Learning and Development metrics to support business performance.
- Provide feedback on training material quality, effectiveness, and data integrity.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CAP (Continuous Alignment Process) guidelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including Return on Investment (ROI) on interventions.
- Provide Learning and Development support tailored to business needs.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource Management.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be an Ethiopian citizen.
