Required Skills and Educational Background:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited technical school or college.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a network technician or in a similar position.

- Proficient in the installation of devices.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of networking.

2. Facility Manager
Required Skills and Educational Background:
- Educational Qualification: Degree or Advanced Diploma from an accredited technical school or college.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT facility management or a related field.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in device installation.
- Strong communication skills.
