The company provides various fuels and lubricants to sectors such as automotive, construction, transportation, industrial, agricultural, and mining.
1. HR Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR initiatives and systems development and implementation.
- Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and handling hiring.
- Create and implement onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure they meet legal requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: BA in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field (additional training is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HR Officer, HR Administrator, or similar position.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, training, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
