Job Summary:
The Senior Retail & MSME Product Development Officer – IFB is responsible for developing Shariah-compliant products tailored for the Interest-Free Banking (IFB) customer segment. This involves ensuring the products adhere to approved principles, processes, and standards. The officer will also lead the implementation and commercialization of these products and actively seek out new product opportunities to meet market demands.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
