Position: Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and contact potential customers.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Sales Demonstrations: Provide product and service demonstrations to customers.
- Sales Meetings & Training: Participate in regular sales meetings and on-site training.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily communicate with clients.
- Personality: Outgoing, confident, and resilient.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
