Position: Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and contact potential customers.
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Provide product and service demonstrations to customers.
  • Sales Meetings & Training: Participate in regular sales meetings and on-site training.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to easily communicate with clients.
  • Personality: Outgoing, confident, and resilient.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
