- For males: 3.25 and above

4. District Director
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
- Qualification: MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 9 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA, out of which 3 years in a managerial position or equivalent.
- 11 years of relevant banking experience with BA, out of which 4 years in a managerial position.

5. PMS and Development Officer
Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience:
- Qualification: BA degree in HRM, Management, PADM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
Workplace: Head Office
