- Educational Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of banking experience as a Customer Service Officer, with at least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent.
- Place of Work: Mendi, Bako, Shufunie, Gimbi, Mekaneselam, Dansha, and Arsi Robe Branches.
2. Senior Secretary
Job Requirement:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/TVET Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Secretary or equivalent.
- Place of Work: Head Office.
3. Assistant Branch Manager I
Job Requirement:
- Educational Qualification: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience as a Customer Service Officer, with at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or equivalent.
- Place of Work: Mekaneselam and Dansha Branches.
