We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the following position:
Position: HR and Operations Officer
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and operations, with a strong focus on staff retention and development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Job Summary:
The HR and Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, promotions, demotions, and staff retention strategies. Additionally, this role involves managing general operations, monitoring performance, and handling client agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Hiring Process:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Prepare job descriptions and maintain employee records.
- Conduct written exams and interviews, and announce applicant results.
- Issue employee letters, job descriptions, and necessary formats.
- Promotion and Demotion:
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or demotions.
- Facilitate the implementation of promotions and demotions.
- Staff Retention Strategy:
- Develop strategies to enhance staff retention through engagement and career development.
- Monitor retention rates and propose initiatives to reduce turnover.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor the execution of operational plans and compare performance with targets.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze discrepancies.
Agreement Management:
- Client Agreements:
- Review and sign client agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Screening Other Agreements:
- Screen and review other agreements entering the organization.
