1. Senior Customer Service Officer I

  • Location: Mekelle and Wolkite
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.

2. Customer Service Officer

  • Location: Mekelle
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

3. Junior Customer Service Officer

  • Location: Mekelle
  • Skill and Educational Background:
  • Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
