Job Summary:
The Audit Trainee will be responsible for carrying out audit assignments diligently and timely, adhering to the professional guidelines of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks as assigned by the audit manager and audit senior.
- Understand and contribute to the budgeting, planning, coordination, and control of engagements to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of audit engagements according to the required standards.
- Attend meetings with the audit team and participate in discussions.
- Assist senior associates in preparing and compiling audit working files.
- Participate in required training and obtain relevant certifications and experience.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients and staff to support daily business activities.
- Take responsibility for completing tasks as allocated by the manager/senior associates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Fresh graduate with a BA in Accounting & Finance.
- Exit Exam: Candidates must have passed the exit exam to apply.
- CGPA: Minimum of 3.0.
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets and word-processing programs.
- Disciplined, organized, open-minded, and a self-learner.
