Position: Customer Service Officer I

Job Description:

The Customer Service Officer I is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling transactions, paying and receiving cash, and processing various banking transactions. This role involves promoting and selling the bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, opening and maintaining customer accounts, and managing customer relationships. The Customer Service Officer I must ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to the bank’s policies and procedures with full effort and maximum care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant banking experience.
