1. Regional Sales Officer
Locations: Mekelle, Adama, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Officer will collaborate with dealers and partners to boost the sales of two-wheelers, appoint brokers and retailers, and conduct direct sales promotions in small towns around the specified cities.
Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficiency in English and the local language of the respective region.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong knowledge of the local area in the respective region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealers and partners to increase the sales of two-wheelers.
- Appoint brokers and retailers in small towns around the specified cities.
- Conduct direct sales promotions to boost sales.
- Sell tires and batteries to companies capable of importing these products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
