Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) is responsible for providing front office customer service support at the branch. This includes handling account maintenance, payment and collection transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and managing cash and non-cash transactions as well as all customer requests at the branch.

About You:

Academic & Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field (e.g., Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any other equivalent field).

Experience:

  • Zero (0) years of experience.
  • Year of Graduation: 2022 G.C and onwards.
  • Age: Not more than 25 years (for external applicants).
