1. Finance Business Partner

  • Location: Raya
  • Job Summary:
    • Ensure the proper functioning of administrative and financial operations in accordance with internal procedures.
    • Support the site manager in business control.
  • Skill and Educational Background:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Treasury.
    • Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on professional experience in finance, business control, or audit.
    • Language: Amharic & English.
    • Other Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting, business control, and the company’s information systems.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Chartered Certified Accountant qualifications (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA) are preferred.
    • Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on professional experience.

    • Knowledge of business control, accounting, audit, and company culture.

    • Education: TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electricity, Electro Mechanics, Electronic Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience for TVET Level 3.
    • 3 years of experience for TVET Level 4 or Diploma.
    • 1 year of experience for a Bachelor’s degree in FMCG factory or industrial setting.
    • Other Requirements:
    • Technical skills, troubleshooting abilities.
    • Basic English skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
