Position: Marketing Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
- 0-1 years of experience as a Marketing Officer in a car rental or tour company.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing plans based on market assessments and achieve set sales goals.
- Develop and maintain marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Monitor bids relevant to the company’s operations.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals based on requests for proposals.
- Communicate and liaise with existing and potential clients, both locally and internationally, via face-to-face meetings, email, and telephone to explain the company’s services and ensure optimal promotion.
- Ensure proper car rental services align with company policies.
- Prepare summaries of car rental bookings based on customer applications.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with both permanent and prospective customers.
- Handle customer complaints according to company policies.
- Review and respond to car rental bids and customer correspondence regarding proforma invoices.
- Support in collecting, organizing, and recommending market information to develop sound and reliable car rental policies and related sales issues.
