1. Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Operations

Educational Background and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of a first degree from a recognized higher institution.
  • Preferably holds a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Life Office Management Association (LOMA).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance, with at least 4 years in a managerial position in one or more core areas of General Insurance Operations.

2. Position: Risk and Compliance Service Manager

Educational Background and Skills Required:

  • 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior position in an insurance company.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Computer skills

3. Position: Audit and Inspection Service Manager

Educational Background and Skills Required:

  • BA in Accounting/Auditing.
  • 7 years of experience (insurance experience is advantageous).
  • Additional Skills:
    • Analytical skills

4. Position: Legal Officer III

Educational Background and Skills Required:

  • LLB in Law.
  • 4 years of experience (insurance experience is advantageous).
  • Language: Proficiency in the Oromiffa language is mandatory.

5. Position: Senior Accountant

Educational Background and Skills Required:

  • BA in Accounting & Finance.
  • 4 years of experience (insurance experience is advantageous).
