Educational Background:
- MBA/BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Law, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2/4 years and above, with at least 1/2 years in a similar position.
Technical Competencies:
- Proven track record in an organization, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- Basic computer skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Project Coordinator
Educational Background:
- MSc/BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management (COTM), or related fields.
Experience:
- 5-8 years and above, with at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
Technical Competencies:
- Proven track record in an organization, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other design software (specialized in foundation/buildings/road marking works).
