Reports To: Immediate Supervisor

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

3. Director – Life and Health Insurance Department

Qualification:

  1. Minimum BA or MA/MBA in Management, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or other related fields in Business & Finance.
  2. Graduate with FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Insurance (preferably in Life & Health) with at least 4 years of managerial level experience in Life & Health Insurance Department.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in Life & Health Insurance business
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive approach to meet company strategy and experienced in succession activities
  • Ability to bring new approaches, handle multiple tasks, and possess leadership skills
  • Flexibility and perseverance to work under pressure

Work Unit: Senior Management

Job Grade: XIV
