1. Human Resource & Administration Department Manager

  • Required Minimum Level of Education:
  • Second Degree in Management/Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field from a recognized university, with 6 years of related work experience, including 3 years in a managerial position, or
  • First Degree in Management/Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field from a recognized university/college, with 8 years of related work experience, including 4 years in a managerial position.

2. Insurance Officer

  • Required Minimum Level of Education: First Degree in Accounting/Management/Procurement or related field from a recognized university/college.
  • Experience: 2 years of related work experience.

3. Accountant

  • Required Minimum Level of Education: First Degree in Accounting & Finance/Accounting from a recognized university/college.
  • Experience: 2 years of related work experience.
  • Additional Requirement: Training in accounting software applications.

4. Cash Collector

  • Required Minimum Level of Education:
  • TVET Level-IV or 10+3 Diploma in Accounting/Banking & Insurance or related field from a recognized university/college, with 2 years of related work experience, or
  • TVET Level-III or 10+2 Certificate in Accounting/Banking & Insurance or related field from a recognized university/college, with 4 years of related work experience.
