1. Branch Manager I for Shakiso Branch
Job Description:
The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of the Shakiso branch. They will ensure adherence to operating procedures, rules, and regulations of the bank and the country’s laws. The Branch Manager will coordinate sales/business development efforts and lead customer service initiatives, guiding the branch to operational excellence. Responsibilities also include preparing and submitting annual budgets, work plans, and progress reports, and participating in community activities to promote bank services.

Skill and Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., accounting, management, economics, business administration)
- Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory position
