Internship Vacancy: M&E and Communication Support at GIZ

About GIZ:

GIZ supports the Ethiopian Government in various areas, increasingly in the Ethiopian lowlands, which account for nearly 60% of Ethiopia’s land area. These areas are inhabited by more than 18 million (agro-)pastoralists, whose livelihoods are increasingly at risk due to population growth and extreme weather events. GIZ’s efforts include the Dry Valley Rehabilitation and Productive Use (DVRPU) approach, developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Bureaus of Agriculture in Afar and Somali regions. The Capacity Development for Strengthening Drought Resilience (CDSDR) Project is in its third phase, focusing on rehabilitating dry valleys to benefit the inhabitants and ensure environmental stability.
