1. HR Development & Administration Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead, and control HR functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategy.
- Address employee relations issues.
- Manage recruitment and selection process.
- Support business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
- Participate in collective agreements when assigned.
- Prepare annual budget for the department.
- Ensure delivery of employee benefits as agreed.
- Report department performance monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annually.
Qualifications:
- MBA/BA Degree in HR Administration or Management.
Skills:
- People management.
2. General Accounts Division Head
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor division duties.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure records are as per the chart of accounts.
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, taxes, utilities, etc.
- Follow up on collections of receivables and payments.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
- Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee accounts payable process.
- Manage accounts receivable activities.
- Address discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable promptly.
- Present financial reports to immediate supervisor with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance.
Skills:
- Accounting.
3. Accountant
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and control ledger.
- Reconcile all ledger accounts.
- Ensure correctness of payments and records.
- Prepare petty cash summary.
- Prepare daily bank deposit vouchers.
- Participate in financial statement preparation if needed.
- Ensure correct deductions/additions on payments.
- File and conduct vouchers/documents.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Accounting.
4. Cost and Budget Division Head
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan division duties.
- Establish and implement cost accounting systems.
- Analyze costs per department.
- Prepare cost of production and expenses, and suggest ideas to increase efficiency.
- Build cost sheets for manufacturing processes.
- Develop property administration policy in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain property value and generate revenue.
- Report revenue and expenditure trends quarterly, biannually, and annually.
- Participate in financial statement preparation.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance.
