1. Cash and Livelihood Specialist | Aba’ala/Erebti, Afar Region

Duty Station: Aba’ala/Erebti (Afar region)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cash and voucher assistance (CVA) and livelihood programming.
  • Support IDPs and returnees in relief and recovery programs.
  • Manage project planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • Engage with local authorities, community representatives, FSPs, and NGOs.

Skill and Educational Background:

  • BA/BSc/MSc/MA degree in Business Management, Economics, International Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in humanitarian organizations, with at least 2 years in an international NGO.
  • Strong understanding of cash transfer modalities and livelihood strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an asset.

2. Field Finance Coordinator | Addis Ababa

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in non-profit organizations, especially INGOs.
  • Experience managing USAID, EU, UN & SIDA grants for at least two consecutive years.
  • First Degree or preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Competency with computerized general ledger software.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in grant management.
