1. Accountant I
- Skill and Educational Background: BA degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized University/College
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

2. Office Assistant
- Skill and Educational Background: 10th/12th Grade Complete
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Place of Work: Head Office
3. Legal Officer I
- Skill and Educational Background: LLB Degree from a recognized College/University
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Additional Requirement: Speaking Afan Oromo language is mandatory

4. Manager, Disbursement and Investment Division
- Skill and Educational Background: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field of study
- Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience for 1st degree holders
- 6 years of experience for 2nd degree holders
- Out of which 4 years must be in a managerial position
- Place of Work: Head Office
