Job Description:

The System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) program, designed and implemented by The Talent Firm and commissioned by Target Business Consultants, is an initiative aimed at providing young graduates with valuable work experience. Participants will work alongside senior professionals at various Federal Ministries, receive coaching and mentoring, and gain a deeper understanding of the impact of public service. This 12-month paid internship program, starting in July 2024, will help fresh graduates apply their educational training and make a significant difference in society.

SStSI Program Benefits:

Job Requirements:

Eligibility to Enroll in SStSI:
Candidates must be:

  • Ethiopian citizens
  • Demonstrated passion for public service
  • Fresh graduates of ONLY the year 2023/2015 or 2024/2016 E.C. from an accredited educational institution in an undergraduate program
  • Able to demonstrate superior academic achievement with a CGPA of 3.0 and above

Required Fields of Study:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields of study
