Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Targeting: Identify and target potential clients in various sectors, including corporations, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Presentations & Demos: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our hotel’s unique offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
