Internship Engineering Facility and Projects Unit
Position Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate university degree program in Architecture, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in drawing and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor campus landscape implementation and maintenance status.
- Update space charge database monthly and provide reports to engineering supervisors.
- Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance works on site.
- Gather building information including floor plans and structural details for the new ticketing system.
- Assist in space allocation and measurement within the building.
- Data entry into the new ticketing system for work orders and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with supervisors to obtain PPM data for effective maintenance planning.
- Provide training and support to staff using the new ticketing system.
- Document user manuals and technical documentation for the system.
- Organize and manage SharePoint data.
