Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, including live and recorded video monitoring.
- Monitor all surveillance systems within the Control Centre, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and legislation.
- Record incidents and actions clearly and accurately.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment for optimal performance.
- Enforce security policies and procedures, reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary assistance.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Level 3/10+3 in IT, ICT, or related fields, combined with Certification in Physical Security Technology (HAS-Certified Security Associate or IBE-Intelligent Building System).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in CCTV operation.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of surveillance operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
